Social Media Analyst / Seattle or London / 4-6 month freelance contract
About the Role:
In this role, you will support the Senior Manager, Social & Influencer Analytics by executing hands-on keyboard work for social reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities:
• Generate and deliver consistent reporting for campaigns and ad-hoc initiatives across the company brands and global markets.
• Support social listening efforts to identify trends and evaluate campaign
performance and brand health.
• Analyze data across platforms and channels to uncover meaningful insights and trends.
Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing analytics.
• Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Tableau, Aspire, Sprinklr, and Meltwater (Explore & Radarly).
• Familiarity with core social channels: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and X. Interest in understanding other emerging channels.
• Solid understanding of social metrics in the owned, earned, and paid space.
• Experience with PR Measurement and Reporting is a plus.
• Experience with Aspire would be beneficial.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tell stories through data.
• Strong analytical skills as well as excellent written/verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized with strong attention to detail and excellent time management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage ad-hoc requests in tandem with ongoing projects.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Passionate about telling stories through data.
• Comfortable working autonomously.
