Social Media Account Manager (Client-Facing)


Overview:

Kreative Media is seeking a proactive and highly organized Social Media Account Manager to join our growing team. This role serves as the bridge between our in-house social media content team and external clients, ensuring seamless communication, project management, and strategic execution. The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives on keeping projects moving smoothly from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned social media clients, leading regular communication, meetings, and updates.
  • Manage social media project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to keep client campaigns on track.
  • Collaborate closely with the in-house Social Media Content Creator to align content production with client goals and feedback.
  • Develop and maintain social media content calendars in partnership with the content team and clients.
  • Gather client feedback, organize revisions, and communicate clear action items to the creative team.
  • Prepare and present monthly social media reports with key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
  • Participate in client onboarding, strategy sessions, and content planning meetings.
  • Ensure all content aligns with each client's brand voice, visual identity, and social media goals.
  • Monitor project progress, flag potential issues early, and proactively find solutions.
  • Stay informed on client industries, competitors, and trends to bring fresh ideas to client strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media account management, digital marketing, or client services.
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal - with a client-first mindset.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities; experience with tools like Trello, Asana, or a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Understanding of social media best practices across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Comfortable presenting ideas, reports, and strategies to clients with confidence and clarity.
  • Collaborative team player who can work effectively with creative teams and clients alike.
  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points:

  • Previous experience working in an agency setting.
  • Basic understanding of social media advertising and analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
  • Experience in luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, or influencer industries.

Requirements:

  • Must be willing to travel occasionally.
