Program Structure
As an intern in this incubator, you will:
1. Commit 10-15 hours weekly to purpose-driven social impact projects including required attendance at weekly team meeting on Saturdays (choice of times: 1PM, 4PM, or 9:30PM).
2. Deeply pursue a project and cause that has personal meaning and impact for you
3. Collaborate with peers from diverse backgrounds and institutions
4. Receive direct guidance and live feedback from The Founder every week.
5. Elevate your cause to inspire communities throughout VoiceUp's network of over 1,075 cities
6. Build valuable skills in project management, leadership, and social entrepreneurship
7. Connect with a network of like-minded change-makers
8. Have the opportunity to contribute to the "Make The Difference" global publication

Make The Difference Publication & Conference
Participants in the incubator will have the exclusive opportunity to:
- Contribute to a Global Publication : Share your purpose-driven stories and insights in "Make The Difference," a revolutionary quarterly publication connecting diverse voices across communities worldwide
- Showcase Your Impact Project : Document your journey and the transformation your project creates within communities
- Build Your Professional Portfolio : Develop published work that demonstrates your thought leadership and commitment to positive change
- Attend the Mini Conference : All incubator participants receive discounted registration to the Voice Up Make The Difference Mini Conference (Saturday, July 19th, 1PM to 3PM) at the Special Rate of $50.

Serving as Chief for an award-winning state pilot demonstration site, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), pioneering a regional first-of-its-kind 24/7/365 mobile crisis division
Serving on the C-suite team for a regional community mental health center overseeing 600+ staff and a $50+ million operating budget
Founding a network of independent public schools, growing the non-profit from 0 to 115+ employees, securing a $26.8 million long-term facility bond investment, attaining AdvancedEd School Accreditation, and achieving top 5% academic learning gains
Serving as a legislative liaison for the TN state board of education, supporting executive legislative committees and reconciling and recommending a $3.79B education funding formula allocation for 95 counties impacting 900,000 students
