About the Role
Tom's Watch Bar is seeking a creative, digitally savvy Social/Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media trends, community building, and content creation. You'll be responsible for shaping our brand voice across platforms, driving engagement, and collaborating with partners to bring the Tom's experience to life online and on-site.
Responsibilities
- Social Media Management
- Manage and grow local social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, etc.) for assigned Tom's Watch Bar locations
- Develop and schedule compelling, on-brand content to promote events, campaigns, and fan engagement
- Monitor online conversations, respond to messages, and manage reputation in real time
- Align content strategy with promotional calendars and key national events
- Influencer Collaboration
- Identify, coordinate, and manage local influencers (2 per location/month)
- Ensure influencer content aligns with campaign goals and brand voice
- Track performance metrics and compile ROI data
- Property & Partner Engagement
- Act as the marketing liaison with property teams, local sports teams, and community groups
- Coordinate co-branded promotions and in-venue activations
- Maintain consistency with national branding while tailoring local marketing strategies
- Event Marketing Support
- Promote and support local events including watch parties, giveaways, and themed nights
- Partner with operations teams and vendors to ensure successful execution
- Digital Platform Management
- Manage and update business listings (Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, etc.)
- Ensure accuracy of hours, menus, and event details across all digital platforms
- Respond to customer reviews and escalate concerns when needed
- Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze performance across social media, influencer campaigns, and listings
- Compile weekly reports with insights and actionable recommendations
- Track KPIs to optimize engagement and content strategy
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in social/digital marketing, preferably in hospitality or multi-location environments
- Strong familiarity with social platforms and tools like Meta Business Suite
- Experience managing Google Business and other third-party review/listing sites
- Comfort working with user-generated content and influencer collaborations
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- Event coverage or hospitality experience is a plus
- Willingness to travel to assigned Tom's Watch Bar locations as needed
