SME - RF Power Engineer
We are seeking a subject matter expert to lead the development and implementation of fabrication systems used in the production of medical device products.
This role involves working with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, develop innovative solutions, and ensure compliance with global regulatory standards. The position emphasizes expertise in radio frequency (RF) power systems and their application in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and documentation for energized fabrication projects.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to develop complete design documentation.
- Select and manage design consultants and vendors for equipment and services.
- Oversee project execution to ensure safety, quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead project teams from concept through validation.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for RF fabrication technologies during audits and inspections.
- Support maintenance and engineering teams in troubleshooting fabrication equipment.
- Build internal expertise through documentation, training, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or related STEM field.
- 5 years of experience with RF power systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in a regulated industry, preferably pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing.
