A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a small works manager to join an established team in London where you will oversee a range of building fabric and mechanical and electrical projects whilst liaising with clients.
The role
As the small works manager, you'll play a crucial role in the following:
- Create all required tender specifications for required refurbishment works at site encompassing building fabric, fixtures, fittings and furniture
- Oversee the administration of Lifecycle budgets, forecasts, expenditure and purchasing through the Coupa procurement system
- Liaise with the SHEQ support teams to ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and Statutory obligations
- Delivery of projects to a high standard
You
To be successful in the role of small works manager, you'll bring the following skills and experience to the role:
- Worked on a range of project values from £500 to £20k
- Project management experience in a mechanical and electrical or fabric environment
- Proven experience working on PFI and lifecycle projects
