Job Duties and Responsibilities Develop individualized exercise programs consistent withamember'spersonal fitness and exercisegoals. Deliver pre-designed workouts to groups of 1 -6members. Continually monitor and assist members to ensure proper form is used when performing exercises. Instructs clients during personal training sessions on the safe and effective use of cardiovascular, flexibility and strength trainingequipment. Responsible for achieving monthlypersonal trainingrevenue goal established by managementteam. Attend weekly teammeetings. Understandshow to administer body scan technology and interpretresults. Partners alongside member sales team to promote membershipsales. Ensure facility cleanliness andtidiness. Remains current on certifications, continuingeducationand new trends in the industry. Position Requirements High School Diploma or GED 1 year of personal training experience Certified personal trainer from a nationally accredited organization (i.e.NASM, ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, ISSA,etc) CPR, First Aid and AED Certified Knowledge of fitness,endurance training,strength/power training andprogram design, using the tools given to optimize clientresults Strong ability to coach and manage time, motivating multiple clients in a groupsetting Desire and capacity to coach all fitnesslevels Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and be able to bend, stand, reach, climb and lift up to40pounds Preferred Requirements Previous sales experience Previous semi-private / small group training experience Job Type We are looking for 1 part-time and 1 full-time trainer Salary Range Your pay will consist of a generous hourly rate as well as incentive bonuses/commission
