We are looking to network with Software Engineers who have hands-on experience in artificial intelligence. This posting is for networking purposes only and not for hiring to a specific role or position.
What You'll Do - Design and develop AI models, machine learning algorithms, and data-driven applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for applying AI to improve business outcomes
- Train, evaluate, and deploy models using structured and unstructured data
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code for data preprocessing, model training, and inference pipelines
- Integrate AI components into existing software systems or new product features
- Monitor and maintain AI models in production, including performance tuning and retraining
What You'll Bring - BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field
- 2-5+ years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment
- Strong programming skills in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.)
- Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, or computer vision
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps practices
- Familiarity with data engineering and model lifecycle management

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the hourly pay range is $50/hr to $70/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
