Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Must be local to Portland, Oregon area (onsite 20% or 1 day / week)

What You'll Do
• Identify technology systems, including what systems are being relocated or retired
• Identification and factoring of Future growth
• Documentation of a High-level migration plan
• Documents related to Stakeholder Responsibilities (i.e. scope matrix) and resource needs
• Attend multiple vendor meetings per week regarding the Data Center and Control Rooms and document scope and decisions for necessary tasks
• Perform liaison duties to update tasks, resources, hours, and timelines in Microsoft Project
What You'll Bring
• 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related role
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirements-gathering techniques
• Experience participating in or leading UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and troubleshooting post-launch issues.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
• Utilities experience, preferred
• Well versed in MS Project

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the pay range is $50 to $60hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
