The HireMilitary DoD SkillBridge / Career Skills Program (CSP) Internship is an approved SkillBridge Program under Dept. of Defense Instruction 1322.29 as enacted by 10 U.S.C. Sec 1143. Eligibility is restricted to members of the U.S. Armed Forces separating honorably with greater than 180 days of continuous Active Duty. SkillBridge/CSP period of eligibility is within the final 180 days of Active Duty service, and the SkillBridge/CSP must be completed prior to separation from Active Duty in the U.S. Armed Forces. HireMilitary DoD SkillBridge/CSP is open to members of all services, and all ranks and experience levels. SkillBridge participants participate in full time training with industry (40 hour work week) under military orders and are not eligible for compensation from HireMilitary or it's partner host employers but will continue to receive all military wages and benefits for the period of the DoD SkillBridge/CSP enrollment.

The core mission of the CSR supports the day-to-day operations of the company and is the primary point of contact for customers. The CSR answers the phone, obtains customer information, books calls, and addresses customer concerns. If an issue arises, the CSR will work diligently to solve the problem, to the customers satisfaction. Responsibilities: The essential functions include, but not limited to the following:
- Assisting in taking all incoming client calls, recognizing that this is where the client will form their first impression of the company. Effective communication with the client is essential. Ensure clients take higher priority than any other task. Have a courteous and pleasant demeanor whether on a phone call or not.
- Making sure that the phone is answered before the third ring and that the approved company greeting is used each time.
- Notify client ahead of time if the comfort advisor is not going to arrive at their home in the scheduled time window and re-scheduling the time to the client's satisfaction.
- Performing the budgeted number of service and repair calls each day is critical, because residential replacement leads are coming from those calls. Extra scheduled service appointments should be booked to make up for any shortfall of repair calls. This can be achieved by contacting Club Members as business allows.
- Obey company Code of Ethics and the Team Rules
Key Performance Indicators:
- Booking Rate over 90% (this number is pulled from the dashboard. Add all booked jobs from CSR team, and divide by all leads from CSR team)
- Cancellation % under 5% (this number is calculated by conducting a search in Service Titan of jobs with the job status "cancelled", and then dividing that number by the total number of booked jobs
- Culture Grade - observation on how happy and well co-workers seem to be getting along and producing well
Qualification: • High school diploma/GED required
• Must pass pre-employment testing for all illegal substances in the State of Washington
• Must have acceptable criminal background record
• Initiative-taker, dependable, flexibility with hours
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a professional and technical level
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high degree of accuracy
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Must be a critical thinker
• Strong business telephone etiquette
• Possess working knowledge of email systems
• Ability to speak Spanish a plus, not required
Physical Demands: - Prolonged periods of sitting
- Ability to work more than 40 hours per work week and up to 12 hours per day
