Responsibilities - Develop and implement practice plans that focus on skill development, team strategy, and conditioning
- Attend all meets, practices, and team meetings
- Provide individual feedback and instruction to players to help them improve their skills
- Communicate effectively with skiers, parents, and other members of the coaching staff
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all players
Requirements - Previous coaching experience, preferably at the high school level
- Strong knowledge of the sport
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire players
- Availability to attend all games, practices, and team meetings
