Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor
Location: Tampa

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Help oversee daily operations on the construction site and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
Help coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and enforce site safety policies.
Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
Help manage site logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and procurement.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, including work progress, incidents, and inspections.
Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to building codes and regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
Valid construction site safety certification(s) (e.g., OSHA, SMSTS, CSCS).

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
Knowledge of sustainable building practices and modern construction technologies.
