Join Our Team as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a Focus on OpenShift or Kubernetes, and Scripting.

Are you passionate about ensuring the availability, performance, and scalability of OpenShift environments? We're looking for a dynamic SRE to join our team and help us stay at the forefront of innovation. Work with talented development, operations, and product teams to elevate our platforms to new heights.

What You'll Do:
  • Design, implement, and maintain highly available OpenShift clusters.
  • Develop automation scripts and tools for deployment, scaling, and recovery.
  • Build and enhance monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
  • Respond to and resolve incidents, conducting post-mortem analyses.
  • Optimize system performance for minimal latency and maximum throughput.
  • Collaborate with development teams on DevOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ensure security and compliance with tools for vulnerability scanning and policy enforcement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years as an SRE, DevOps Engineer, or related role.
  • 7 years combined experience in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Go).
  • Expertise in OpenShift or Kubernetes platform administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and containerization (Docker).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk).
Bonus Skills:
  • OpenShift certification (e.g., Red Hat Certified Specialist).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Knowledge of service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd).
  • Understanding of microservices and distributed systems architecture.
