The role
As a Site Operations Manager, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. The purpose of the Operations manager role is to ensure aircraft Operations including engineering, MT, SE, flying operations and all other related activities and services are provided as required to always meet and exceed customer expectations and LAFT2 contractual needs.
Day-to-day, you'll have the following responsibilities:
- Site management
- Leadership of existing team
- Stakeholder engagement with both Babcock and the Military
- Report writing for various aspects.
- Statistical data collection
This role is full time and based onsite at our Middle Wallop site in Stockbridge.
Essential experience of the Site Operations Manager:
- Management and Leadership experience
- Defence industry experience
- Experience of extensive planning and organisation skills, to manage different taskings, priorities and deadlines .
Qualifications for the Site Operations Manager:
- Driving Licence
- Human Factors Qualified
- Recognised SHE Qualification
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) clearance for this role.
