Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with sales, assortment planning, and digital planning teams to gain a deep understanding of business objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate in the development and execution of merchandising strategies that support sales, marketing, and financial goals.
• Curate and organize product assortments with strategic marketing content to improve the Amazon shopping experience.
• Develop and launch cross-category product presentations that align with consumer shopping behavior.
• Leverage test-and-learn methodologies to drive continuous improvement in merchandising effectiveness.
• Utilize analytics and insights tools to identify merchandising opportunities that drive sales and enhance the customer journey.
• Support overall market strategy and tiering plans, ensuring consistency with global merchandising frameworks.
• Proactively recommend and execute storytelling strategies for current and upcoming product launches.
• Stay informed on trends in visual display, content marketing, and social commerce, and implement relevant best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in areas such as:
• Product storytelling
• Brand marketing
• Assortment selection and planning
• Product mix and promotional strategy
• Advanced computer proficiency, particularly with Excel
