Our client is a reputable construction main contractor specialising in high-quality CAT A fit-outs across the public sector. With a commitment to excellence and secure delivery, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to help run projects requiring SC (Security Clearance).
Site Manager roles and responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all on-site activities for CAT A fit-out projects in the public sector.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to specification.
Enforce strict health and safety standards and ensure all site operations adhere to regulatory and security requirements.
Site Manager requirements:
Proven experience managing CAT A fit-out projects, ideally within the public sector.
SC Clearance (or the ability to obtain it) is essential due to the sensitive nature of the projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills with a thorough understanding of construction regulations.
