Site Manager, Torquay
Salary: £45k-£55k per annum depending on experience, plus car allowance and company benefits.
Role: An exciting opportunity for a No.1 Site Manager to lead a new build project in Torquay, constructing a £5m commercial industrial scheme for a regional main contractor. This is a lead site manager position, working under a visiting Contracts Manager. The Site Manager will oversee direct and subcontractor labour, site health and safety, client liaison, programming, and quality control of works.
Candidate: Must have a proven track record of delivering similar-sized projects for a main contractor in the commercial sector. Candidates may come from a trade background or possess relevant construction qualifications. Essential requirements include a valid Black/White CSCS Card, First Aid certification, and SMSTS. The candidate should reside within an easy commute of Torquay, with availability for future projects across South Devon.
