Job Opportunity: Site Manager (HS/CDM Focus)
We are representing a well-established Health & Safety business seeking to hire a Site Manager with a focus on HS/CDM for a 6-month project in Swindon. The role involves a 5-day on-site commitment at a new-build water plant, where the client acts as the Principal Contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction and design safety elements of the build.
- Ensure compliance with CDM regulations on site.
- Implement pragmatic and proportionate safety solutions tailored to the project's needs.
- Maintain strong documentation and communication with stakeholders.
Skills and Experience Required:
- NEBOSH General and/or Construction certification.
- Experience with work at heights.
- Knowledge of confined spaces and temporary works (advantageous but not essential).
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and communicate effectively.
