They deliver a range of new build and refurbishment projects across the leisure, education, commercial and retail sectors, with project values ranging from £200k - £15m.
Projects include; Hotels, Schools, Care Homes.
About The Role
You will be an experienced construction site manager with a proven track record of delivering construction projects from breaking ground to final handover.
Previous experience specifically building care homes and hotels would be beneficial, but an all-round good knowledge of building processes and a proven track record of building projects up to £10m in value as Number 1 Site Manager would be acceptable for the role.
Role & Responsibilities Include
- Providing leadership
- Ensuring construction works run to a strict programme
- Maintain strict quality control procedures
- Management of change - Client / Company / Supply Chain
- Be involved in regular site meetings with all parties
- Conducting regular site safety checks
- Review methods of working, alternative materials etc
- Coaching and motivating the site team
What You Need to Succeed
- Detailed knowledge of building regulations
- Experience in project planning
- Experience in controlling sub contractor packages
- Professional Qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid)
- Competent using Asta Power Project
- Strong leadership & management skills
- Commercial & Financial awareness
