The role involves managing structural works including stair installs, fire-rated walls, and basement refurbishments.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with steel frame, blockwork, fire doors & temporary works
- Familiarity with digital H&S systems.
- Proven background in commercial fit-out and refurbishment (retail or public sector preferred)
