We are working with a Regional contractor who are looking for a Site Manager to oversee new build residential projects across the Manchester and Cheshire area. The role could suit someone looking to step up from Assistant Site Manager to Site Manager level.
Qualifications, skills, attributes
-previous site management experience
-toolbox talks
-managing sub contractors and direct labour
-SMSTS/SSSTS
-HNC/HND in Construction (desirable)
-IOSH (desirable)
-First Aid
-CSCS managers card
-Driving Licence
-Good leadership skills
-Communicative
-Ability to read drawings, work with commercial and design teams
You will be working alongside the Commercial and Design teams and have excellent communication skills. IT literate and forward thinking, looking for longevity and career development within the role.
