Job Description: As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects by overseeing on-site operations, managing personnel, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities:
•   On-Site Management:
•  Supervise all on-site activities, including construction progress, material deliveries, and equipment usage.
•  Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project specifications.
•  Monitor daily work activities and address any issues or concerns that may arise during construction.
•   Personnel Supervision:
•  Lead and direct on-site personnel, including construction workers, subcontractors, and laborers.
•  Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on project requirements and individual capabilities.
•  Provide guidance and training to ensure that work is performed safely and efficiently.
•   Quality Control:
•  Conduct regular inspections of workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
•  Identify and address any deficiencies or deviations from quality standards promptly.
•  Implement corrective actions as needed to maintain project quality and client satisfaction.
•   Safety Management:
•  Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all personnel adhere to OSHA regulations and company policies.
•  Conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks to communicate hazards and promote a culture of safety on the construction site.
•  Investigate accidents or incidents and implement preventive measures to mitigate future risks.
•   Communication and Reporting:
•  Serve as the primary point of contact between on-site personnel and project management.
•  Provide regular progress updates and reports to the Project Manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and milestones.
•  Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration. Qualifications:
•  High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred).
•  Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
•  Strong knowledge of construction methods, practices, and safety standards.
•  Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
•  Proficient in reading construction plans and specifications.
•  OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification (preferred).
•  Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. PandoLogic.
