Long term Site manager opportunity in Brentwood Essex. This is an exciting opportunity to build a Industrial warehouse with a Tier 2 contractor.
We're looking for an experienced Site Manager in the Essex area to join this project from the groundworks to handover. You will be responsible for the groundworks, metal cladding initially and then the fit out, Project worth is 28m.
Your responsibilities
- Supply chain management
- Daily diaries
- Health and safety adherence
- Safety inspections and perform tool-box talks with contractors and operatives.
- Ensure RAMS are in place for all daily site activities and your contractors are signed up.
