Job Title: Site Manager - Highways and Civils
We are currently recruiting a site manager with highways and civils experience to join an established construction and civil engineering contractor in Clitheroe.
Responsibilities
- Define the project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables in consultation with the client and stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain effective project governance, processes, and systems, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, and monitor and control project progress, performance, and risks.
- Manage the project budget and resources, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and reporting.
- Communicate and coordinate with the project team, client, and other consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present regular project updates and reports, highlighting achievements, issues, and recommendations.
- Lead and facilitate the resolution of problems or conflicts that may arise during the project.
- Ensure the delivery of project outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations and satisfaction.
You will be responsible for leading and delivering high-quality projects for our clients, from inception to completion.
Minimum Requirements
- CSCS card
- SMSTS certification
