Site Manager required to work evenings 4 - 12 midnight on an office fit out contract in Christchurch.
Main duties:
- The daily running of site
- site inductions
- looking after and direction sub contractors
- maintaining health and safety
- keeping records of progress
- reporting back to contracts manager
- Ceiling fixing work required
Requirements:
- SMSTS Cert
- CSCS Card
- First Aid certificate
- min 5 years site manager experience
- be from a interior/refurbishment background
- Vetting process due to sensitivity of works
- DBS would be advantageous with a BPSS to be completed.
- Be from a ceiling fitting background.
Payment will be direct CIS with no umbrella companies involved.
