O'Neill and Brennan are currently assisting a big developer with a multi phase RC Frame project based on the out skirt of stanwell.
They are after a internal / Fit Out Site Manager to take the project from 1 st fix to Handover.
You will be booking after 1 RC Frame block alongside a Block Manager and Project Manager.
This position will be on a Freelance CIS Basis.
You must have:
- All tickets and valid certs in date.
- Experience working on RC Frame projects 3-5 years.
- Live West London or on the out skirts.
- Trades background.
- Worked with a Residential Developer or Contractor 3-5 years
