Site Lead Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: None Type of Travel: None Anticipated Posting End: 9/1/2025 The Opportunity: CACI is seeking an experienced Site Lead to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our site. The successful candidate will manage on-site staff, ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, and collaborate with the Site Lead to implement and monitor performance goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and program management, with experience in managing budgets, resources, and personnel. Responsibilities: Manage on-site staff, providing guidance, support, and conducting performance evaluations Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards Coordinate with the Site Lead to implement and monitor performance goals Manage and execute site projects and integrations, ensuring timely completion and seamless implementation Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance site efficiency and effectiveness Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall strategic priorities Support the Site Lead in managing budgets and resources effectively Foster team development and promote a culture of unity and shared success Monitor and optimize service performance to consistently meet high standards Support organizational change initiatives to improve and maintain customer operations Qualifications: Required: US CITIZEN with the Ability to Obtain TS/SCI Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
5 + years of experience and demonstrated knowledge supporting IT Systems
University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience
Current Security+ or DOD 8570 IAT Level II Certification
Demonstrated experience in project and program management
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
Experience in managing personnel and conducting performance evaluations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Desired: PMP certification

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
