Role Description

• This is a full-time role for a Site Foreman located in Canton, MA, with work throughout New England. The Site Foreman will oversee daily operations on construction sites, manage crews, operate heavy equipment, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities include planning, executing tasks, maintaining site safety, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. Hoisting and Excavation License REQUIRED

Qualifications

• Hoisting and Excavation License REQUIRED
• Skilled at running Skid Steer and mini excavator
• Must be able to drive truck and trailer
• Supervisory Skills and effective Communication abilities
• Experience with Heavy Equipment operation and Maintenance
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in construction-related fields are a plus
• Experience in artificial turf installation is a plus
