Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Concrete Estimator located in Wake Forest, NC. The Site Concrete Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project drawings and specifications to prepare accurate concrete estimates. Day-to-day tasks include calculating cost factors to ensure estimates reflect project requirements, coordinating with project managers and subcontractors, preparing detailed reports on the estimated costs, and managing multiple project estimates simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Keen understanding and hands-on experience with Formwork and Ready-Mix Concrete
- Proficient in Heavy Equipment operations related to concrete work
- Experience in Flatwork and Carpentry work associated with concrete projects
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in construction project estimation is a plus
