Position Summary:

Maintain the campus central office and duties within. Provide confidential support and execute tasks associated with the payroll process. Coordinate flow of associate questions and concerns.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain confidentiality in all matters
  • Accurately and efficiently processes weekly payroll including but not limited to: Timecard exceptions daily, review of PTO report Friday and Monday to ensure all PTO is in timecards, submission of weekly incentives.
  • Issue and process purchases orders approved by campus leaders
  • Purchasing of supplies approved by campus leaders
  • Perform necessary filing of all associate documents.
  • Provides excellent customer service experience to internal and external customers, ensuring requests are addressed efficiently and follow up as needed.
  • Partner with HR Coordinator in planning and supporting associate engagement events
  • Supports HR Team in recruitment
  • Communicate company initiatives in a way that engages all associates
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
Skills and Abilities :
  • Excellent customer service, communication, verbal and written skills
  • Must have MS Office experience, Database and Excel, and experience maintaining composure under pressure including tight deadlines.

  • Highly motivated self-starter and strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • MUST be able to work needed schedule to perform assigned duties.
Experience:
  • Experience in a warehouse environment with varying conditions (i.e. cool temperatures, concrete floors)
  • Familiarity/experience in a distribution environment
