Job Summary: North Stone, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Site Activation Lead to lead the end-to-end deployment of enterprise ERP solutions at operational sites across the Air Force sustainment landscape. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless deployment, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption through strategic planning, execution, and support. With 16 years of relevant experience in ERP deployment, data migration, and change management, the ideal candidate will drive operational readiness and enable mission success. Candidates located in Dayton, OH, are preferred. However, remote candidates may be considered based on qualifications and business needs. This position is contingent upon contract award expected June 2025. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Direct all phases of ERP site activation including planning, readiness assessment, deployment, and post-implementation support. Develop and maintain site-specific deployment strategies encompassing stakeholder alignment, resource planning, risk mitigation, and contingency protocols. Lead cross-functional efforts for data migration, validation, and cutover planning aligned to ERP architecture and business workflows. Coordinate and oversee user training programs and change management initiatives to drive adoption and minimize disruption. Serve as the primary liaison between ERP technical teams, site stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure deployment milestones are met. Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to deployment success, readiness metrics, and system utilization. Identify risks and issues early in the deployment lifecycle and implement resolution strategies in collaboration with internal and external partners. Document lessons learned, provide knowledge transfer to support teams, and contribute to enterprise deployment playbooks and process improvements. Ensure compliance with DoD regulations, cybersecurity standards, and AF-specific ERP governance policies. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience): Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred). Minimum 16 years of experience leading enterprise ERP deployments within complex DoD or government environments. Demonstrated success in executing site readiness assessments, stakeholder coordination, and enterprise change management. Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle EBS), including data integration, role-based access configuration, and end-user onboarding. Expertise in Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum), including experience managing site deliverables within Agile Release Trains. Proficient with project collaboration and tracking tools such as Micro Focus Octane, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint. Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills with a focus on mission outcomes. Familiarity with Air Force sustainment operations or depot maintenance environments is highly desired.
