A rapidly growing and well regarded Architectural Sign Company is looking to add a local Account Manager to their team. This growing company offers their clients valuable knowledge and expertise in Custom Architectural Signage. Due to the recent growth of the company, there is an opportunity for an Experienced Account Manager to join the team. They are looking for someone who is driven to succeed but also has the ability to establish lasting relationships with their clients, both externally and internally. Account Manager Qualifications:
- 3 years of account management, project management and/or customer service experience in the signage/graphics industry
- Professional, upbeat, and outgoing with excellent people skills
- Must be proficient with an iPad and in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn our programs and systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to continue and build professional relationships with diverse customer/prospect base
- Experience with signage materials, production processes, and installation is a plus
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing client base, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and grow the company's client base
- Project Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (designers, production, and installation crews) to ensure signage projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications
- Quoting & Proposals: Prepare detailed quotes, proposals, and contracts for clients, ensuring accuracy and competitive pricing
- Problem-Solving: Address client concerns, resolve project challenges, and provide innovative solutions to ensure successful project delivery
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide clients with the best solutions for their signage needs
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and project progress in the company's CRM or project management system
