SIGINT Training Specialist Job Category: Training Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 50% Type of Travel: Continental US The Opportunity: As a SIGINT Training Specialist you will be involved in developing and implementing SIGINT training modules and materials using a variety of instructional design methodologies, while also supporting Army Intelligence Units and participating in classified/unclassified field exercises. The position requires expertise in SIGINT systems, conducting needs assessments, administering certification programs, and providing ongoing support for deployments and exercises. Additionally, the role involves interfacing with customers, serving as a subject matter expert, and continuously improving training practices and materials. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain all training materials to include Plan of Instruction (POI), system reference guides, training videos and website.
Conduct New Equipment Training for all new systems in accordance with the system fielding schedule.
Conduct Refresher Equipment Training for all current systems and units in accordance with the contract requirements.
Interface with customers and units on a regular basis and serve as a System and SIGINT Subject Matt er Expert.
Support the SIGINT Systems Training Manager in tasks and events as required.
Assist units with ongoing deployments and exercises as required by the contract. Qualifications: Required: Active TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain Polygraph
Bachelor's and 5 years relevant experience; OR 9 years direct experience supporting, operating, and sustaining SIGINT systems
2 years of relevant experience with developing and teaching SIGINT training materials
Ability to travel up to 50%; to include extensive TDY assignments supporting training exercises and deployment
Knowledge of the Instructional System Design process (ISD) and fundamental instructor skills, including learning preferences, objectives, engagement, training documentation generation
Instructor experience with leading small group learning session
Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
Experience in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite of tools Desired: At least 5 years in Intelligence Systems Operation and Training
At least 5 years of POI development and maintenance
Experience with implementing virtual and computer based training solutions
Experience with establishing operational processes and work flows
DoD 8570 certification (Security+, Network+)
