To learn more about Mission Technologies, click here for a short video: Summary HII, Mission Technologies is seeking a SIGNIT Analyst who will join our elite team of intelligence professionals where we deliver SIGINT capabilities to support national security objectives. This role will combine technical expertise in signals intelligence with strategic analytical capabilities to identify, collect, and analyze critical communications data across multiple platforms and technologies. As a SIGINT Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic organization who values innovation, analytical excellence, and mission-focused results in an ever-evolving signals intelligence landscape. What you will do Conduct advanced analysis of collection and collateral data to develop targets of interest and implement analytical strategies.
Perform collection management using automated systems and special purpose subsystems to meet worldwide joint-service requirements.
Execute signal development analysis across multiple target areas using FISINT and other technical SIGINT methodologies.
Develop and optimize cross-access collection plans using organizational tools and systems.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align collection requirements with mission priorities.
Monitor and manage multiple collection systems, ensuring efficient end-to-end data flow.
Develop innovative techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, and presenting SIGINT information.
Analyze data and voice communications, including DNR, DNI, and advanced IP-based technologies.
Provide technical guidance to junior analysts and support personnel.
What we are looking for 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience in SIGINT development analytical support.
Expertise working with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems, protocols, and telephony switching networks.
Comprehensive knowledge of SIGINT principles and methods for exploiting foreign communications systems.
Experience developing analytical tools and techniques for intelligence collection and analysis. Strong familiarity with SIGINT and collateral report repositories.
Clearance: TS/SCI clearance required at time of hire, with willingness to undergo FS poly.
