Siebel CRM Developer opportunity in Chicago, IL

Location: Chicago, IL

Job Description

10+ years of experience in Siebel CRM (preferably in Siebel IP24).

3+ years in experience in being first point of contact for Incident management, problem ticket management and roles demanding categorization and analysis of support tickets of critical & major priority

Strong knowledge of Siebel Configuration, Workflows, Business Services, Admin, EIM and Scripting (eScript, VBScript).

Experience in Siebel EAI (Web Services, Integration Objects, MQ, REST, SOAP).

Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and database troubleshooting (Oracle, SQL Server).

Understanding of Siebel architecture, logs, and debugging tools.

Familiarity with claims processing in Siebel or other insurance/healthcare systems

Track issue trends and identify areas for process improvements.

Prepare reports and dashboards to highlight recurring problems.

Document resolutions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices for knowledge sharing
