Role Description

We are seeking a professional and motivated Showroom Sales Associate for our Staten Island showroom. In this in-person role, you'll assist walk-in clients, showcase our premium door products, and guide customers through the purchasing process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a modern showroom environment, connect with design-minded clients, and earn commission in a fast-growing home improvement brand.


Qualifications

  • Sales, Customer Service, and Communication skills
  • Ability to engage with walk-in customers and provide a high-end showroom experience
  • Strong attention to detail and product presentation
  • Experience with interior design, construction, or home improvement is a plus
  • Professional appearance and weekend availability required

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in the showroom
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate door solutions
  • Provide quotes and follow-up communications
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom
  • Stay up to date on product offerings and promotional campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing
  • Build strong customer relationships and drive sales through exceptional service
