Role Description
We are seeking a professional and motivated Showroom Sales Associate for our Staten Island showroom. In this in-person role, you'll assist walk-in clients, showcase our premium door products, and guide customers through the purchasing process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a modern showroom environment, connect with design-minded clients, and earn commission in a fast-growing home improvement brand.
Qualifications
- Sales, Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Ability to engage with walk-in customers and provide a high-end showroom experience
- Strong attention to detail and product presentation
- Experience with interior design, construction, or home improvement is a plus
- Professional appearance and weekend availability required
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate door solutions
- Provide quotes and follow-up communications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom
- Stay up to date on product offerings and promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing
- Build strong customer relationships and drive sales through exceptional service
