Our client, a jewelry brand, is hiring a Showroom Manager/Personal Assistant to join the team onsite in New York City.
Job Duties Include:
- Ensure smooth and timely delivery of wholesale orders
- Receive products and POs accurately, prepare shipments, and invoice when needed
- Ensure necessary shipping documentation is ready in advance including EDI transmission and ordering UPC tags
- Conduct inventory counts and manage inventory movement discrepancies and reconciliations as they arise
- Manage eCommerce order shipping and assist with product imagery as needed in product imagery
- Assist with showroom sales appointments and invoicing clients as needed
- Enter sale orders and invoicing entry in system
- Maintain merchandising and upkeep of showroom
- Assist in preparing trunk-show product assortments and track in the system
- Track all showroom and wholesale requested sample pieces
- Administrative and personal assistant duties as needed
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs & stand for duration of shift.
Salary: $70k - $90k annually
