We're excited to be looking for a seasoned Store Manager to join our growing team. You'll be a trusted advisor in the customer journey and play an integral part in growing the in-person shopping experience at VRAI.

You'll be a great fit for this role if you thrive on building strong customer relationships and creating a memorable experience for life's special milestones while developing a team of jewelry sales specialists. You love selling, coaching, and diamonds that are created sustainably, are reasonably tech-savvy, and are excited to join a nimble team to in turn, help grow the VRAI brand.

Responsibilities
    • Execute all store operations: opening/closing, inventory, merchandising, staffing, and security
    • Drive performance through reporting, sales tracking, and collaboration with VRAI leadership on hiring, training, and team development
    • Lead by example in sales strategy: manage pipeline, nurture leads, close deals, and use clienteling to boost revenue
    • Deliver personalized diamond consultations and follow up to close sales, providing expert guidance on products and policies
    • Partner on marketing initiatives, product launches, in-store events, and influencer/press activations
Requirements
    • Diamond expertise required; Certified Gemologist preferred
    • 4+ years management in luxury retail; strong sales track record in high-volume settings
    • Tech-savvy: Shopify POS, CRM, GSuite, appointment scheduling, video conferencing
    • Self-motivated, organized, adaptable; thrives in dynamic start-up environments
    • Boston-based, weekend availability required

$85,000 - $95,000 a year

VRAI provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and a number of programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
