Job Summary
Park City Blind & Design is seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Showroom Manager / Marketing Assistant to join our Park City team. This is a dual-role position with a primary focus on overseeing day-to-day operations in our luxury showroom and a secondary focus on supporting the Sales Director with marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Showroom Operations
- Open and close the showroom daily following a detailed checklist
- Greet and assist walk-in clients, helping them explore window treatment options and fabric samples
- Respond to phone calls and client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized showroom calendar
- Ensure the showroom reflects the Park City Blind & Design brand at all times-clean, inviting, and on-brand
- Support the client experience through thoughtful communication and polished presentation
- Track and organize lead flow, client intake forms, and project information
Marketing & Lead Support
- Assist the Director of Business Development with lead generation, tracking, and follow-up
- Help coordinate and contribute to social media content, email campaigns, and brand storytelling
- Use tools like Canva or Instagram to create simple marketing materials (no advanced design experience needed-just creativity, initiative and a desire to learn)
- Support showroom marketing efforts for events, giveaways, or trade partnerships
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills-both written and verbal
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic experience with social media platforms, Canva, and email tools preferred
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or showroom management is a plus
- Passion for interior design and brand representation
