Your responsibilities include optimizing the Meeting Place experience for visitors, driving visitation, and delivering sustainable business growth for our Partners and Meeting Places. You will work towards operational excellence, efficiency improvements, and enhancing commercial performance, brand value, and sustainability.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Coordinate with the Meeting Place Team, Service Office, and Facility Management Service providers to maintain high standards focused on sustainability.
  • Partner with the Facility Management team to ensure quality Facilities Management services that positively impact customer experience.

  • Coordinate event installations and activities requiring technical support between the Meeting Place Management and Facilities Management Service.
  • Drive continuous sustainability improvements, including energy, emissions, water, and waste management, in cooperation with Community Engagement.
  • Support risk management efforts alongside the Safety & Security Lead.

This role is based in Brighton, working 39 hours per week, with on-call duties over weekends, and weekend shifts will be pro-rated over the year.

Please include an up-to-date CV and cover letter with your application. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a virtual interview. We encourage prompt applications due to the tight recruitment timeline.
