GET TO KNOW THE ROLE This full-time role is based in our well-equipped facility, with occasional evening or weekend hours for certain projects. We need team players who can be flexible and ready to adapt to exciting new challenges.
As a Shop Welder, your day begins by diving into blueprints and layout plans, preparing each component for welding with accuracy and care. You set up materials, operate top-notch equipment - from wire welders to cutting torches - and create high-quality welds with precision. Every step of the way, you ensure our workspace meets the highest safety standards, contributing to the smooth flow of operations and ending each day with a sense of pride in the projects you're helping bring to life.
The Essentials to Succeed: - High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of welding experience
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Strong understanding of welding operations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Ability to work well with others
- Willingness to work as needed, which may require nights and weekends
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience operating forklift and/or skid steer
