Company Overview:We specialize in producing high-quality vacuum-formed plastic parts and light composite structures for aircraft interiors. Our team is dedicated to precision craftsmanship and innovation in aerospace manufacturing.Job Description:We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shop Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will assist with various tasks involved in the production of aerospace components, including:
•   Assembly of vacuum-formed plastic and composite parts
•   Deburring and finishing of machined and formed components
•   Bonding and fastening of parts per specifications
•   Assisting in general shop maintenance and organization
•   Following work instructions and quality standards to ensure compliance with aerospace requirements
•   Day Shift 8am to 5pm
•   40 hours a weekQualifications:
•   Previous experience in manufacturing or aerospace (preferred but not required)
•   Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools
•   Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
•   Willingness to learn and perform a variety of tasks
•   Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsBenefits:
