About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Shipping and Warehouse Associate
• Pay Rate Range: $18/Hour
• Location: Maple Plain, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift Mon-Thurs 5:30AM-4PM with optional O/T
• Position Type: Temp to Hire Requirements and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and the ability to interact professionally with coworkers.
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on your own and be self-directed
- Prior experience with picking, packing and shipping is a plus.
- Able to lift 40lbs frequently and daily
- Reliable team member with a good work record
- Ability to stay on their feet for most of the day
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure shipments are accurate, on-time and meeting customer specifications
- Utilize our ERP system to generate reports and process shipments
- Pick and pack products for shipment
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory.
- Other duties as assigned
