Volt is immediately hiring a Shipping Specialist for a leading company in Albuquerque NM.

As a Shipping Specialist you will:

  • Packs and/or picks orders to be shipped.
  • Follows a double-check method for picking and packing to minimize shipping errors and ensure that the customers receive exactly what they ordered.
  • Performs stock-keeping, restocking, and uses weighing scales.
  • May or may not conduct physical counts of product
  • Frequently moves, transports and positions items, boxes, products and related equipment and items up to 50lbs across the floor and warehouse.
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer printer, mouse, keyboard, fax, scanner, calculator, and copy machine.
Shipping Specialist candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Basic computer skills. Ability to use email, basic understanding of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Prior warehouse experience required
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid drivers license required
The schedule is Monday - Friday 7:00 am- 4:00 pm

Pay for this position is $16.50/hr we pay weekly

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
