Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely and efficient shipping operations. The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse operations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
  • Properly package and label outgoing shipments to ensure safe delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and materials.
  • Operate shipping software and coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries.
  • Perform inventory counts and stock organization to ensure proper warehouse management.
  • Assist in loading and unloading shipments as needed.
  • Keep the shipping and receiving area clean and organized.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve shipping and inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills for processing shipments and maintaining records.
