We're currently seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our parts department at the McGrath Buick Dealership in Cedar Rapids. If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to grow in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, this could be the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:
Unload and receive shipments with accuracy and care
Verify and check in parts against shipping documents
Organize and store inventory in designated locations
Handle warranty parts returns and scrapping
Maintain a clean, organized receiving area
Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock management
Step in to support the parts team as needed
What You Bring to the Team:
• A great attitude and team-first mentality
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs
• Reliable work ethic and willingness to learn
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
