We need to hire a full-time Shipping & Receiving Clerk to handle all shipping and receiving, transfer Parts to the Service Dept, process work orders, perform inventory tracking, cycle counting, audits, and more. Responsibilities - Shipping & Receiving Clerk:

• Handle all shipping and receiving, load and unload trucks
• Process RMA's (return merchandise)
• Process work orders with required parts
• Ensure correct transfer of parts to Service Dept.
• Inventory tracking, cycle counting, and stocking
• Conduct inventory audits
• Maintain the Parts Warehouse area in a clean, organized manner
• Other duties may be assigned
  
  

Requirements - Shipping & Receiving Clerk:

• Experience with shipping and receiving using multiple carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.)
• Experience with Point-of-Sale and Parts computerized inventory systems is a plus
• General knowledge and experience with computers.
• Experience managing inventory for a Parts Department is a plus
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, and climb a ladder
