Job Title: Warehouse Material Handler Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Material Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for moving materials within the warehouse, tracking inventory, and ensuring the accurate completion of all necessary paperwork. This role involves operating warehouse equipment, loading and unloading freight, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities - Move materials in and around the warehouse.
- Track materials within the warehouse, including tagging, inventory, and documenting weight and dimensions.
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork.
- Sort and segregate all distributions accurately.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including jacks and forklifts, following all safety procedures and protocols.
- Load and unload freight from trucks, vans, and other transportation vehicles, ensuring paperwork matches what is loaded or unloaded, and conduct quality control checks for potential damage.
- Document and update disposal data to ensure proper use of the dumpster.
- Pick and pack material/freight in a timely and orderly manner.
