We are looking for a dynamic, energized and, preferably, experienced Shipping Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming and outgoing inventory into online system (X3).
• Follow up on shipment orders.
• Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries.
• Capture customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, to ensure effective order delivery and for future follow-up.
• Build a relationship with customers through friendly, engaging communication and excellent customer service.
• Schedule pickups.
• Act as a liaison between Reliable & Freight companies.
• Assist the Logistics and Shipping managers with daily activities.
• Effectively communicate inventory updates to the Management Team.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year as a customer service/data entry representative.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience. (preferred)
• Attentive to detail and organized.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and telephone manners.
• Must be personable and respectful.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Capable of lifting up to 50lbs.
