Shipping Clerk - 1st Shift Location: R&L Spring Company - Lake Geneva, WI
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift

Shipping Clerk to help ensure products are packaged and shipped accurately and efficiently to our customers.
Key Responsibilities: - Count, pack, and label products based on customer specifications
- Ensure all products are labeled and packaged correctly
- Locate parts across departments and request inspections as needed
- Process shipments, including parts going to outside services or into inventory
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow company quality standards
- Operate scanning equipment and drive forklifts (including stand-up models)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What We're Looking For: - Forklift experience required (sit-down & stand-up)
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to follow written instructions
- Previous manufacturing or shipping experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
Safety Requirements: Adherence to OSHA regulations, mandatory safety training, use of PPE, knowledge of emergency procedures, ability to perform physical tasks, relevant safety certifications, and compliance with drug and alcohol testing policies.
